1. Return Window

All returns must be made within 10 days of receiving your order.
Returns requested after 10 days will not be accepted.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All tags must still be attached

  • Items must not be damaged or altered

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale items

  • Clearance items

  • Gift cards

4. How to Start a Return

5. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, you will be notified.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
